DS-989 : Fix the assembly issues caused by the previous DS-989 patch (which upgraded dspace/pom.xml to use maven-assembly-plugin version 2.2.1). This small patch to assembly.xml ensures we are "compatible" with version 2.2.1 of the maven-assembly-plugin. Thanks to Kevin Van de Velde for the fix.
