e40c289ced HTML cleanup 
* use https when possible (Google Analytics is left)
* use `img-fluid` since `img-responsive` is a v3 class
* specify `rel="noopener"` for external links
* trim trailing spaces
* remove unneeded HTML end tags
* remove the unneeded `type=text/javascript`
* remove the obsolete `border="0"`
