## Environment variables and command-line arguments
Spawners mainly do one thing: launch a command in an environment.
The command-line is constructed from user configuration:
- Spawner.cmd (default: `['jupterhub-singleuser']`)
- Spawner.args (cli args to pass to the cmd, default: empty)
