(Scott Phillips) Removed un-used DIMDisseminationCrosswalk. This was used in previous version of Manakin, and it is still usefull because it is a SAX-based crosswalk which that scales nicely. Perhaps later it could be refactored back into standard crosswalks mechanism for DSpace if DSpace ever sports SAX based crosswalks.
